 <description>&lt;p&gt;And keep in mind that downward facing dog has everyone facing, um, downward, so they shouldn&#039;t be looking at you if they&#039;re doing it correctly -- unless, of course, you&#039;re behind them and they see you through their legs. Hint: Get a spot in the front row or the back row, but not in the middle -- and if you do full bug, don&#039;t look at the person next you and laugh. They don&#039;t appreciate the humor in what you see.&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;A good workout on the Nordic Trac, bicycle or walking helps, as does cleaning out the refrigerator or kitchen cupboards or scrubbing something. Afterward, a nice hot bubble bath (glass of wine optional).&lt;/p&gt;

 <description>&lt;p&gt;All of the above? I do everything I shouldn&#039;t. I eat Pecan Mudslides or Reeses Peanut Butter Cup Blizzards from Dairy Queen. I surf the Internet. I drink lots of coffee. I eat lots of candy. A long time ago I would smoke once in awhile. (I know, I know -- disgusting, deadly, bad, bad, bad.) I imagine running away to New Mexico. I dream of vacations by the ocean. I avoid and procrastinate.&lt;/p&gt;
